You are in Good Hands

In anticipation of reopening Tourism in Yucatan, and in light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we, at YucatanCenote Eco-Adventures, have implemented a number of precautionary protocols as we focus on health, safety and business continuity.   All staff, including Guides, Drivers, and Maya homes, have been educated regarding proactive measures to ensure your health and safety.  We will be checking the temperature of each driver and guide with Infrared Thermometers prior to your excursion, as well as each guest. All of our vehicles will be at “partial capacity” to abide by the current social distancing requirements.  Vans will be equipped with Hand Gel for use throughout the day and your driver will sanitize/spray the vehicle before/after each use.  You are welcome to bring your own face mask (nose/mouth coverings) for your Adventure, however our vehicles will be stocked with a complimentary fabric mask for each guest.  Our commitment will continue with daily sanitization of the transportation vehicles.  Our desire for safety and cleanliness will be strictly monitored. We appreciate each one of you and we are taking a proactive role for the safety of our guests, staff and the communities that we visit.   We will continue to educate ourselves and will update our protocols as recommended by the Yucatan Secretariat of Tourism,  World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), and the World Health Organization.

Please note that all of our guests will be required to sign an “Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability” form.

Our aim and motto has always been to share Authentic Yucatan with our guests – “Off the Beaten Path and AWAY from the Tourist Crowds” . . . Considering recent worldwide events, this is now even more important than ever before.

Let us create amazing memories for you and your loved ones.

Take care, Stay safe, and hope to see you all soon.

Best Regards to you all.
